Heat transfer printing process: heat transfer is to design the pattern, make the copper plate, engrave the pattern on the copper plate by elector-engraving machine, then take the copper plate to the printing machine and print the pattern on the PET film. Finally, The pattern is transferred to the product by a heat transfer machine. Heat transfer is also divided into ordinary heat transfer and digital heat transfer.
This is the normal heat transfer process:
1. Make a high resolution picture;
2. According to the size of the picture, a dot-type gravure elector-engraving plate is produced;
3. Printing the gravure plate on the printing machine onto the PET polyester film to print the thermal transfer film;
4. The thermal transfer film is mounted on a thermal transfer stamping machine for printing.
A Heat transfer stamping machine can print tens of thousands of products a day.
However, if it is a large-scale production of lanyards, ordinary thermal transfer will be chosen because it is cheap and fast. However, some lanyards with commemorative meaning or special use will use digital thermal transfer, because the lanyards made by them are more delicate and meticulous, and can meet some more demanding requirements.
